The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) to determine the effects of Human Resource Planning and Work Experience on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. The results of the study indicate that, partially, Human Resource Planning has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, Work Experience has a significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, Human Resource Planning and Work Experience have a significant effect on Employee Performance at ACE Hardware Medan. These findings indicate that improving the quality of human resource planning and employees' work experience is an important aspect in supporting the improvement of employee performance.
