This study entitled “The common problems during online learning process” and the
aims of this study particularly were to know what common problem that the parents
face and how the parents overcome the problem during online learning process. The
research method used in this study was the qualitative approach. The study involved
ten people to be participant to explain what kind of problem that happened on online
learning process and the data was analyzed by reducing data, display and conclusion.
The finding for the first research question showed that the parents encountered
various problems which made learning process is not effective, the problem mostly
happened because of not having a good phone, internet data and bad connection. The
finding for second research question showed that the parents make a contact with
teachers and they would stay with the children to finish all tasks given by teachers.
