The research aims to determine teachers’ efforts as well as the problem faced in
improving students’ English learning outcome, the method used is qualitative. The
sampling technique is by interview and observation. In this study, the sample
consisted of two people, namely English teachers. Meanwhile, the teachers’
efforts is the efforts of educators in educating, teaching, guide, direct, train, assess,
facilitate and facilitate invite students to achieve educational goals. And also, in
improving the results of students’ English learning, teachers’ face two problem
factors namely internal factors (interest, motivation, and way of learning), and
external factors (teacher learning methods, and the environment in the classroom).
