Study This aims to determine the influence of work experience, work motivation
and work environment on employee performance at the Aceh Province BKKBN
Office. The method used is an associative method which aims to determine the
influence or relationship between two or more variables. Determining the sample
for this study used a saturated sampling technique. The sample used in this research
was 100 employees at the Aceh Province BKKBN Office and are willing to be
respondents. The analytical method applied is multiple linear regression analysis.
The research results show that work experience partially has a significant effect on
employee performance at the Aceh Province BKKBN Office. Work motivation
partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Aceh Province
BKKBN Office. The work environment partially has a significant effect on
employee performance at the Aceh Province BKKBN Office. Work experience,
work motivation and work environment simultaneously influence employee
performance at the Aceh Province BKKBN Office. Enhancement performance
employee determined by work experience, work motivation and work
environment. The better the employee's work experience and the more motivated
the employee is at work and the more good employee working environment so
increasingly big opportunity for BKKBN Aceh Province office in increase
performance employee.
