This study aims to examine the effect of work stress, job benefits, and work motivation on employee performance at the Nagan Raya Education Office. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The method used is an associative method which aims to determine the magnitude of the influence between variables partially and simultaneously. Determination of the sample using census techniques. The sample used in this study was 50 employees at the Nagan Raya Education Office and were willing to be respondents. The results of the research show that work stress partially affect the performance of employees at the Nagan Raya Education Office. Position allowances partially affect employee performance at the Nagan Raya Education Office. Work motivation partially affected performance of employees at the Nagan Raya Education Office. Work stress, job benefits, and work motivation simultaneously influencing the performance of employees at the Nagan Raya Education Office. Improved employee performance is determined by work stress, job benefits and work motivation. The less employee stress, will make benefits more, and more motivated employees at work, will make opportunity for the Nagan Raya Education Office to improve employee performance.
